You can contact us directly. Our admin team can explain appointment options, fees and the referral information relevant to your situation.
Medicare
Eligible clients may receive a Medicare rebate with an appropriate referral, such as a GP referral under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Ask your GP about eligibility and check the referral requirements with our admin team.
Private health
Rebates depend on your policy and provider. Check your cover with your health fund before booking.
NDIS & DVA
We welcome enquiries from self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and DVA clients. Contact admin to confirm suitability, funding arrangements and any required documents before booking.
How long is an appointment?
Typical sessions last 45–50 minutes. The number and frequency of sessions depend on your needs and goals and can be discussed at the start of therapy.
Can I attend online?
Yes. Telehealth and phone appointments are available across Australia. Tell admin your preferred appointment format when you enquire.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Your contact details, preferred appointment format and a brief description of the service you are seeking are enough to start. Admin will explain how to provide any referral or funding documents.
